Şafak Döküm is one of leading manufacturer of gray iron and nodular (ductile) iron casting factories of Türkiye and it has great experience on the subject. Şafak Döküm's foundry has been existing for over 20 years. At our foundry, we are able to cast of a single piece to 10 tons gray iron casting of GG 25 - GG 35 quality and to cast of a single piece to 4 tons nodular iron casting of GGG 42 - GGG 100. Our casting capacity is 7 tons/per hour. Our mainly products are brake drums and brake discs as machined by our CNC lathes. We export our products to many countries in America, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Africa.Also we sell our products to domestic market too.
